On 23 April 2019, Project Management Team (PMT) of Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd. held management walkabout to Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn. Bhd. (LCTM), Pasir Gudang, Johor.
Prozas representatives, consists of Director of Business & Operations Strategy Unit, En. Alli Adenan and Project Management Team (PMT) together with LCTM Security Team that led by Senior Security Executive 2, Mejar Hal Amin.
The walkabout was started by visiting LCTM Pasir Gudang main entrance before proceed to Security Control Room. PMT was briefed by security personnel on their specific job scopes.
The walkabout then proceed by visiting the Titan Polypropylene (TPP) Pasir Gudang at Gate 3 and Titan Polycarbonate (TPC) at Gate 5, that focuses on weigh-bridging activities and contractor ingress and egress area.
The management walkabout then proceed at Lotte Ube Synthetic Rubber (LUSR) and finished at LCTM Tanjung Langsat.
The team is brought to the Security Control Room where it serves as central space to monitor and control overall security operation.
The management walkabout ends with a Monthly Management Meeting between Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn. Bhd.
